Window of Opportunity Campaign
The PCHD Foundation would like to thank those who joined with their neighbors and friends to make the Power County Hospital/Long-term Care facility a better place by donating to the Window of Opportunity Campaign. Their support has made it possible for Power County Hospital District to replace ALL of the 50 year old windows in the building! This is great news because hot and cold air continually blow through them, making it difficult to keep residents and patients comfortable and to keep heating and cooling costs low.
Installation of the new windows is set to begin early in October. The project will take about a week to complete. Power County Hospital District officials are pleased that patients and residents will be much more comfortable this winter and that money will be saved for many years to come.
