Our Lab is equipped to provide accurate and timely results to a wide variety of medical tests that are prescribed by your provider.
We encourage our community to take advantage of our year-round 'Self-Directed Patient Testing' program that offers a limited selection of reduced fee lab testing for patients who pay up-front. For information about this program or questions regarding lab testing, please call 208-226-3203 ext. 202 to speak to one of our friendly lab technicians.
You can also print and complete the form and bring it to the lab with your payment for testing.
