Linda has been with Power County Hospital District District since 2005. She began her interest in nursing in high school, when a class was offered in health occupations. As a senior, she continued with the LPN course. Linda has thoroughly enjoyed the many opportunities that have been given to her by meeting and assisting families in their health care needs. She attended college and ultimately completed her masters in nursing and later her family nurse practitioners certificate in 1999 from Fort Hays State University in Hays, Kansas.She and her husband Neal, have 3 grown children and now enjoy the joys of being grandparents too. Her most enjoyable moments are shared with her family. She also spends any spare time quilting, reading, gardening, and scrapbooking.
